<br><font size=2 face="Arial">We are pleased to announce the forthcoming
refereed scholarly journal <b><i>Teaching and Learning in (Higher) Education
for Sessional Staff – TALES</i></b>.</font>

<br><font size=2 color=#111111 face="Arial">It seeks to publish scholarly
discussion papers, research and reviews from a range of fields and methodologies
that will contribute to the professional development of teaching and learning
for sessional staff and their colleagues. A further aim is to advance awareness
of the professional, scholarly and innovative approaches of sessional academic
staff and the significant contribution of sessional academic staff to the
higher education sector. <br>

The journal welcomes contributions from part time and continuing instructors,
adjuncts, teaching assistants, researchers and other academic or administrative
staff. To meet acceptance criteria, papers must add to the scholarship
in the field, present ideas relevant to the broad higher education sector,
and be accessible to an English-language international audience.</font>

The first issue will showcase the breadth and high quality research possible
