to submit a proposal to the Carrick Institute that focused on Foundations
programs and preparing new academics to teach.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

has been funded. It has been a long time in development, a lot of it due to
fitting in with Carrick’s priorities and the development of the

are listed in the proposal document. Endorsement included the
contribution of $500 to support the development of the project as well as a

intended to involve as many of the Foundations network members from the endorsing
institutions as possible. The steering committee is continuing to meet and you

2007 Colloquium (details now on the web) the first stages of the project will
be complete and time at the Colloquium will be devoted to the project.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
