[Foundations] Apologies for unwanted emails from Foundations - please do not send administrivia to the list address

Dear Foundations list members

Our apologies for any unwanted emails you may have received recently from the Foundations email list. Our Information Technology Systems group at Victoria has recently changed the mailing list system. You will have received an email informing you of your new Foundations email list subscription information, including information on how to gain access to the list's website, and a password for doing so. 

If you have received one of these messages for the Foundations list THEN YOU ARE ALREADY SUBSCRIBED. 

Please do not send messages to the list requesting that we subscribe or unsubscribe you as these emails go to all 200+ people on the list. Any such administrative emails should be sent to: Foundations-request at lists.vuw.ac.nz or you can manage your subscription yourself through the website address provided to you personally in the subscription email you recently received (this is the second web address in the email - the first just provides information on the list).

Also, when you are out of the office, please ensure that you set your foundations list mail delivery settings to "Disabled" - you can do this by going to the personal website address provided in that same email.
