Colleagues,

This is a brief update of the PATHE project which developed from the
Foundations Colloquium and has been led by Margaret Hicks, Deanne
Gannaway, Allan Goody, Heather Smigiel, Mia O'Brien and Gail Wilson. The
project is progressing well despite the delay in signing off the
contract and funding from Carrick (due soon). To update you on progress:

*	Owen Hicks worked with the project group to develop the proposal
further and this has been approved by Carrick
*	A symposium was held at the HERDSA conference in July 2007 where
the project outline was given and useful feedback was received
*	A literature review has been started and will be completed by
the end of the year
*	A scoping of all Foundations programs has also begun and will be
completed early in 2008. You may be contacted to give information about
your foundation program.

A full report of the project will be given at the Foundations Colloquium
in October 2007 in Melbourne.

We will continue to give regular updates through the Foundations list
serv and the CADAD list.

Please contact any of the project members listed above for further
details.
