Dear Colleagues,

You will no doubt have seen the call for strategic projects from the ALTC. We are quite keen to put together a proposal to address topic 4: Evidence Of Outcomes From Higher Education Teaching Preparation Programs. We have what we think is quite an exciting evaluation method that builds on the excellent work already done in the PATHE project and continues with the distributed model using the Foundations Colloquium. Our two questions are:

1. Is anyone in the Foundations Colloquium interested in being part of the grant application? You'd be aware that ALTC applications are stronger where they can demonstrate an existing network and we'd like to be able to name participants rather than simply say building on the work of the PATHE project.

2. Is anyone else thinking of putting in an application from the Foundations Colloquium? We're more than happy for other applications to go forward but if there isn't any alternative bid we'd also be happy to identify it as a Colloquium application if others are happy with that.

regards

Peter Kandlbinder & Jenny Pizzica
