Hi Tai,
Tthe Foundations subjects at UTS are connected to the new staff development program. Information regarding policy and procedure is available online at http://www.iml.uts.edu.au/learnteach/career/development.html New academic staff at levels A & B are eligible for a 25% reduction in teaching in order to participate in academic development. The program runs for the first two years of their appointment.
