Attached is the draft exam timetable for the Trimester 2 exam period from Room Bookings.



Please review the information and check that:



  *   All requested exams have been scheduled, and
  *   There are no issues with the listed dates and times from your end.



Please note that the dates and times are still draft and should not be shared with students at this stage.



Please let me know if you have any concerns or issues. If I do not receive any responses by the end of day Thursday, 27 August 2026, I will proceed to confirm with Room Bookings.

Hi everyone (and please note this has gone to all School and Faculty Operations Managers).

Please find attached the draft timetable for the end-year examination period. The first tab is ordered by date | course, while the second is by dept | course. Orange and green lines mean the events are school-managed (where Orange has a room, green is online).

The exam period runs Friday 16 October to Saturday 7 November. We are not using Saturday 24 and Monday 26 October because of Labour Weekend. At this stage, we are also not using Saturday 7 November, but it is an option for late-coming exams (or anyone who has a true hankering to be there).

Please let us know if you'd like to seek some changes (or if we need to add or remove something) no later than Friday, 28 August 2026 so that we can make them in time for publishing on Friday 4 September. You will need to bear in mind that this timetable is for students and we will only make changes that don't make things worse for them.
