[Sam-lecturing] Grade Entry Reminder - T1 2026

Kia ora koutou,

Just a few general reminders as we approach the Trimester 1 grade entry deadline.

Final grades (signed off by both Course Coordinator and Programme Director) are due to the Admin Team no later than 4:00pm on Tuesday 23 June 2026, to allow time for all grades to be uploaded into Banner. The official Faculty grade entry deadline is the following day (Wednesday 24 June 2026).

A summary of the process is outlined below.

Prior to Moderation Meeting:


  1.  Notify your Programme Administrator (Ella, Morgan or I) once you’ve finished marking so that we can generate the final grades spreadsheet for your course.
  2.  Course Coordinators use the final grades spreadsheet to assess final grades and MCR requirements.
     *   Any changes to numerical grades need to be updated in both Nuku and the final grades spreadsheet.
  3.  Complete a Moderation Meeting report for your course (template attached).

After Moderation Meeting:


  1.  Course Coordinators sign off on final grades (notifying Programme Director and Admin).
  2.  Programme Directors sign off on final grades.
  3.  Programme Administrator uploads final grades into Banner.
