Law-Lib is an email discussion list sponsored by the New Zealand Law Librarians' Association (NZLLA). IMPORTANT NOTES: 2013: Due to spam issues, you can only sign yourself up from computers on the VUW campus. If you are NOT at VUW, please email law-lib-owner@lists.vuw.ac.nz to ask to subscribe. This email discussion list needs administrator approval to join so please expect delays over the weekends and Christmas shut-down period. Law-Lib is intended to provide a forum for communication of: general and administrative notices meeting, seminar and course details job vacancies requests for research assistance general discussion of issues of interest to the law library and legal information sector The list is unmoderated and is open to all interested parties including legal publishers. Only subscribers may post to the list. Law-Lib should not be used for advertising or commercial purposes except for short informative messages about new products, services, or special offers. Subscribe to Law-Lib: 2013: Due to spam issues, you can only sign yourself up using the form below from computers on the VUW campus. This email discussion list needs administrator approval to join so please expect delays over the weekends and Christmas shut-down period. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
