Dear colleagues,
 
I am sending you this message because we have in some way or another had a 
conversation about the Effects of Postgraduate Certificates project. The 
epgc report is at http://kn.open.ac.uk/public/document.cfm?documentid=8640
 
As project partners agreed at our June meeting, this report is now public 
property and may be a useful basis for other writings: we are hoping to 
continue this conversation at SEDA in November and are exploring 
possibilities for a symposium at EARLI in August 2007 on the theme of 
‘Research advances in professional formation: enhancing the quality of 
teaching and learning in higher education.’
 
Please do raise awareness of this amongst colleagues in networks in which 
you are involved.
 
Tony Brand of Anglia Ruskin University is taking epgc forward. Ann McKee, 
as Chair of our PGC course team, will replace me as OU informant.
