Please see below a message from Sally Brown about the way in which
institutions may get permission to copy Phil Race's booklet for new
staff.

Dear Mary
Nice to hear from you. Thanks for getting in touch with us about 'In at
the deep end'
We would be very happy to sell you a site licence for it for £500 to
allow you to customise it locally and print as many copies as you would
like, or we could sell you individual copies at £5 a copy plus postage.
If you buy a site licence we will send you an electronic version and ask
that you let us have for our records, 3 copies of the version you
produce with your own photos etc. The licences we sell are for single
institutions only unless  they have express permission from us to
share.
