Dear Sakai/Australasian educational community,
Registrations are now open for the Ausakai 08 Conference, "Open Education:
Community-Developed Learning and Teaching Tools" to be held at the Monash
University, Caulfield Campus (Melbourne) on November 26-28th, 2008.
The conference will have a broad range of sessions including presentations
from our UK and US speakers; current usage of Sakai in Australia for
research, education and project management/collaboration; and information
about other learning tools and systems such as Moodle and Mahara. The
conference programme will be published online soon.

Conference Format
Pre Conference Workshops - Wednesday November 26th.
Don't miss your opportunity to explore this technology with international
experts (Vivie Sinou, Ian Boston and Peter Knoop) in practical workshops
prior to the conference. These sessions are specifically targeted at both
prospective users and those already familiar with the technology.

Conference - Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th.
