[Sam-lecturing] Nuku Courses - T2 2026

Kia ora koutou,

Trimester 2 Nuku courses go live to students on 29 June 2026.

Courses get automatically rolled over. Please contact the Admin Team if:

·       You would like a blank template rather than a course copy, or
·       You would like a copy from a different version of the course to be loaded rather than the latest version, or
·       Your course is running in a different trimester than the last time it ran – in this case, it will not roll over automatically and needs to be requested.

Course Coordinators please update the following information for Trimester 2:

·       Introduction/Home Page
·       Modules
·       Course Schedule and Info
·       Talis
·       Assignments – please set up all the assignments in your course at this stage, so that the Gradebook will be complete (the assignments don’t need to be published).
·       Course outline information that is no longer on the CO – Please refer to the Mata SharePoint site here for a guide on what should now be on Nuku<https://vuw.sharepoint.com/sites/COL_Mata/SitePages/Mata---Nuku-Guide-for-Assessment-Policies.aspx>.

The Admin Team is responsible for:

·       Adding the Teaching Team and Tutors
·       Checking the Assignment/Gradebook setup and calculations – not content, just sums
·       Adding/Updating Class Representative contact details
·       Hiding the ‘Student Feedback’ link until course evaluations go live
·       Adding groups and filters to Gradebook to reflect tutorial groups (in courses with tutors, and if requested by the Course Coordinator in courses without tutors).
