We are just contacting you to make sure your teaching staff are aware of the change to how VStream recordings for courses are stored, archived and deleted.

This will affect how they are stored from 23 June 2026, meaning that most course recordings will stay in On-demand storage for 13 months before being moved to Archive storage for two years before being deleted.
