Student Feedback Survey/Survey Dig access is changing for staff

A recent change has meant that the way staff access Student Feedback Survey/Survey Dig—a tool that enables lecturers to survey students for feedback on courses—will be changing. Rather than logging on via Student Records, you can now access the tool by going to the MyTools Staff section on the intranet (see pic of link below)

If you are on campus, when you click on the tool in MyTools, you will be automatically logged in. If you are off campus, you will be asked to sign in using your VUW username and password. There will be no change to how students access the tool, but they will also be asked to sign in using their VUW username and password if accessing it off campus.

In about a weeks time we will be removing the link from the Student Records page and we will replace it with a message "Please go to Staff MyTools to access Student Feedback Survey"
