Law-Lib is an email discussion list sponsored by the New Zealand Law Librarians' Association (NZLLA).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This email discussion list needs administrator approval to join so please expect delays over the weekends and Christmas shut-down period.

Law-Lib is intended to provide a forum for communication of:
general and administrative notices
meeting, seminar and course details
job vacancies
requests for research assistance
general discussion of issues of interest to the law library and legal information sector
The list is unmoderated and is open to all interested parties including legal publishers. Only subscribers may post to the list.

Law-Lib should not be used for advertising or commercial purposes except for short informative messages about new products, services, or special offers.

Best practice is to use hyperlinks to further information or freely available articles where appropriate and not to attach files when posting.

To join the list, please email Law-Lib-subscribe@lists.vuw.ac.nz. If your address is not obviously associated with a library, for example a Yahoo or gmail address, please also email Law-Lib-owner@lists.vuw.ac.nz with a note indicating your role in libraries, to prove that you are not a spambot.
